Je klant krijgt een bevestiging, jij krijgt een melding, en de bestelling staat klaar in je overzicht. Van daaruit werk je hem af: betaald, verzonden, afgehaald. Je kan zelf de berichten aanpassen zodat er staat wat jij wil zeggen.
Retours en terugbetalingen
Komt er iets terug, dan verwerk je dat in je webshop en gaat het bedrag terug naar je klant via dezelfde betaalmethode. Je voorraad gaat automatisch weer omhoog. Hoe soepel je daarin bent, bepaal je zelf — maar het moet ergens beschreven staan.
Veiligheid en updates
