All-in-one package
Website, Google SEO, and lead generation in one package
With most web agencies, you buy a website and that's where it ends. SEO comes on a separate invoice, and maintenance on yet another. Here, everything is bundled together, because those three things don't work separately.

Lead Generation That Brings in Customers
A quote request form that people actually fill out, a clickable phone number, and pages that lead to the contact section.
You don't pay anything up front for the website itself. That's the difference between have a website built: There, you buy the site as a one-time purchase; here, it’s included in an annual fee along with everything you need to attract customers.

What You'll Get Out of It
What will you gain if customers do find you on Google next month?
The phone rings on Tuesday morning for the professional who is at the top of the list. It’s a number he doesn’t recognize—someone from a nearby village who says, “I saw you at the top of Google.”. That's happening today somewhere in your area. Just not at your place.
What would make the biggest difference for you?
You no longer have to chase after your work.
You no longer start your day by calling last year's customers to see if there's anything else. The requests are already there when you pick up your cell phone at the job site.
If things stay the way they are, you'll find yourself chasing after work every month—when you should actually be working.
That way, you'll appear to the people who are looking for exactly that—and not to those who need something else.
Short and to the point, and easy to find on every page. No forms that make people give up halfway through.
If there's a dip, we step in before the inflow comes to a halt.
The work comes to you instead of the other way around.
Findable on Google
Be found when customers search for your services
When someone is looking for your services, you want to be visible at the right moment. Someone with a leaky roof isn’t going to wait until next week. They’ll search right now on their cell phone and call whoever they see at the top of the list. That’s where you need to be—and that’s exactly what we work on every month.
That’s why we actively work to boost your business’s online visibility through SEO optimization, local search visibility, Google Business Profile, and targeted landing pages.
-
Be found in every municipality where you work
You'll get a separate page for each service and each municipality. Anyone looking for a roofer in Aarschot will find you. The same goes for anyone looking for one in Leuven.
-
At the top of the Google map
At the very top of the map, three businesses are listed. Appearing there often results in more calls for a professional than the first regular spot. We’ll optimize your Google Business Profile to make that happen.
-
We'll keep an eye on it
Every month, we check in on your progress. If anything slips or a new competitor emerges, we’ll take action. You don’t have to worry about it.

Google and AI
Why AI Search Engines Are Now Just as Important as Google
More and more people are no longer searching on Google; instead, they simply ask ChatGPT or Perplexity. Even Google itself now places an AI-generated answer at the very top of the results. Instead of a list of links, the searcher gets a single answer containing a few names.
If you’re not listed there, you don’t exist to that customer—even if you’re right where you should be in the regular search results. That’s why we make sure your business is recognized and recommended by those AI search engines as well.
The Premium package includes this AI optimization as standard. We keep track of changes and adjust your site so that it stays in line with how people search today.

From visitor to inquiry
A website that actively helps attract new customers
Being found is only half the battle. The other half is making sure that anyone who lands on your site actually calls or requests a quote. Many websites look great, but they don’t prompt visitors to take that step—and so it ends with just browsing.
A quote form that works
Short and to the point, and strategically placed on every page. Not a form with fifteen fields that makes everyone give up.
Click-to-call from a cell phone
Most professionals receive phone calls, not emails. Your number is always displayed and clickable so customers can call you quickly.
Your own work as proof
Photos of completed projects and reviews from satisfied customers. That’s more convincing than any text about quality.
MORE QUOTES, NOT JUST MORE VISITORS
More inquiries and new customers
You're good at what you do. But if potential customers can't find your business, new customers, inquiries, and projects are passing you by every day.
With the All-in Google SEO Website Package, we’ll make sure your website is more visible to people who are actively searching for your services. No complicated marketing jargon—just a professional website and a strong online presence that will help you attract more inquiries, phone calls, and new customers.
This way, you can focus on your work and current projects, while we work on your company’s online visibility and continued growth.
No worries afterward
Website, maintenance, SEO, and support are all included
With a regular website, the hassle doesn't start until after it's launched: hosting plans that expire, updates that get put off, a tweak here and a technical issue there. That costs you money and, above all, time that you'd rather spend on the job site.
All of that is included in this one-time annual fee. Your domain name, your hosting, your SSL certificate, the updates, and the backups—we keep everything running smoothly without you having to worry about it. If something goes wrong or you want to change some text or a photo, just send me a message and I’ll take care of it. No ticket system, no waiting list, no separate invoice afterward.
-
We keep everything running smoothly
We take care of updates, backups, security, and speed. If something goes wrong, just call Koen—not the help desk.
-
One price, no surprises
Hosting, maintenance, and SEO are all included in that one annual fee. You know in advance what you'll pay, and there are no additional charges.
-
Always the same person on the line
From the first conversation through every adjustment that follows, you'll be talking directly with me. No account manager or ticket system.
-
You're not tied down to anything
You pay annually and can cancel at any time. We trust that you'll stay because it works, not because you have to.
For which courses
For which professionals do we create Google SEO websites?
We build Google SEO websites for tradespeople who work with their hands and serve customers in their local area: roofers, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, painters, landscapers, contractors, and anyone who works on job sites or in people’s homes.
Every industry has its own search behavior. Someone with a leaky roof will search on their cell phone tonight; someone who wants to have their garden landscaped will compare options weeks in advance. That’s why we create different pages for each industry, using the exact terms your customers actually type in.
Roofers
Anyone with a flat tire will look around and call the first person they see. Speed and visibility on the map are the most important factors here.
Electricians
From inspections and charging stations to complete renovations. Each service attracts different customers and therefore deserves its own page.
Carpenters
Custom work sells through visuals. Showcasing your own projects speaks louder than any text about quality.
Plumbers and Plumbing Fixtures
Urgent repairs and planned bathroom renovations are two types of customers. They search differently and need to be served differently.
Painters and Exterior Work
There’s a lot of competition and a lot of price comparison. Showcasing photos of completed projects really makes a difference here.
Landscaping and Maintenance
Highly seasonal. Whoever is at the top of the rankings by February will have a busy spring before the rest start advertising.
General Contractors
Larger projects, longer decision-making processes. That’s where trust matters: your track record, reviews, and a clear explanation of your approach.
Windows, Doors, and Insulation
Customers compare based on price and premiums. Those who are clear about this will receive the application rather than the comparison.
Solar Panels and Charging Stations
Customers calculate everything here before they call. Those who clearly explain their prices and premiums will win the business over those who don't.
Our Approach
From the initial consultation to a website that continues to grow every month
An All-in-One Google SEO Website will be online within four weeks. You provide your information, and we’ll handle the keyword research, design, copywriting, hosting, and your domain name. And it doesn’t stop there.
Introduction
We'll discuss your services and your target market. Then we'll figure out which keywords your customers are actually searching for.
Design & Development
We'll build a custom, mobile-friendly website with a separate page for each service and for each municipality where you work.
Feedback & Final Touches
Together, we'll review the website and make adjustments as needed until everything is just right. Afterward, we'll optimize everything for Google and AI.
Launch
The site is going live. We'll take care of the domain name, hosting, SSL, and your Google Business Profile so you'll be easy to find right away.
Continue building
Starting in month two, we’ll monitor your rankings, expand your content, and keep the technical aspects of your website and Business Profile up to date. As long as you’re a customer, this service will continue.
For most agencies, the story ends in week four. That’s when it really begins for us: what your site generates after launch depends on what happens with it each month.
Monthly follow-ups for the best results
What do we do every month for your Google SEO website?
An All-in Google SEO Website doesn’t stop once it’s live. Every month, we continue to work on your website so that it ranks higher in Google and AI search engines, and generates more quote requests. That monthly work is included in the annual price—you won’t receive a separate invoice for it.
Most websites are created once and then never touched again. They’re up and running, they look good, and after two years, the owner wonders why there’s no traffic. Usually, that’s not because the website is bad, but because the environment around it is changing.
phases: at the start, every month, ongoing
regular items that we track every month

We'll make sure to get this off to a solid start right from the beginning
What Your Google SEO Website Is Built On to Help You Get Found
A website that gets found doesn't start with the design—it starts with figuring out which keywords you need to rank for. We determine these six things before a single page is designed.
Keyword Research for Your Services and Region
We find out what your customers are actually searching for—not based on what you call your services, but on the words that someone with a problem types into a search engine.
One page per service and per municipality
A single general page that tries to cover everything at once won't match any search query well. Each service and each municipality will have its own page.
SEO content written for people
We write the copy. Not pages and pages of text crammed with keywords that don’t add any real value, but copy that explains why someone would call you.
Technical SEO, Speed, and Structured Data
Title tags, heading structure, internal links, alt tags, schema markup, and so on. We monitor speed, mobile user experience, and Core Web Vitals using Google PageSpeed.
Your Google Business Profile is fully set up
Categories, services, service area, photos, and hours. For skilled professionals, a large portion of the calls come from the map, not from the regular search results.
A short answer at the top of each page
Every important page starts with a direct answer to the question that brought the visitor there. This helps people who are skimming the page quickly and makes your information easier for search engines and AI to understand.
We do this on a regular basis, every month
Here's what happens every month after your website goes live
This is where it differs from a regular website. Every month, we review your progress, what has changed, and what’s needed. Six regular components.
-
We track your ranking on Google
We’ll look at which keywords you’re ranking for, which ones have gone up, and which ones have dropped. If a new competitor emerges in your region, we’ll spot it before you even notice that your phone isn’t ringing as much.
-
We'll take a look at what your competitors are doing
Who ranks above you, and why? It’s usually one of three things: a page you don’t have, more reviews, or a better-optimized Business Profile. All three can be addressed.
-
We're expanding your content
Every month, something new is added: a landing page for a municipality that still has room for growth, or additional questions on a page that’s almost ranking well. This increases the number of search queries where you can appear.
-
We'll keep your Google Business Profile active
We post updates, keep your information accurate, and ensure that new reviews are visible and responded to. A profile that you keep up to date does more for your local visibility than one you fill out just once.
-
We'll take care of the technical side of things
WordPress, plugins, security updates, backups, and checks for errors and speed. You don't have to worry about any of that, and there's no separate maintenance invoice.
-
We'll see if visitors actually get in touch
Being found is only half the battle. If you’re getting a lot of visitors but few inquiries, the problem lies with the page itself: the button is in the wrong place, or the form asks for too much information. We’ll fix that.
We'll address this when there's a reason to do so
The work that keeps going without you even noticing
If something changes at Google, a new service is launched, or a keyword suddenly becomes popular, we keep track of it. We don't do this at a set time, but whenever necessary.
Structure and links evolve over time
Internal links and schema markup expand along with your content, ensuring that your most important pages remain the strongest.
Titles and texts rewritten
Title tags and meta descriptions that don't generate enough clicks are approached from a different angle. Being visible isn't the same as getting clicked on.
Keywords and AI Responses
If people search differently, or if AI systems formulate their answers differently, we'll adjust the content accordingly.
A regular website is a one-time purchase. An All-in Google SEO Website is a website that gets a little better every month at doing what it’s supposed to do: bringing in customers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know About a Google SEO Website
Below you will find the complete answer to the questions that questions that professionals ask us most often about this package, about Google, and about AI search engines. Can't find your question here? Please feel free to contact us for more information.
What does the All-in Google SEO Website Package include?
You’ll get a complete website plus everything you need to make it easy to find, all included in one annual fee: hosting, domain name, SSL, maintenance, support, and ongoing Google SEO. There’s no upfront cost for the website itself.
In practical terms, this means: we’ll build the site with a separate page for each service and for each municipality where you work, set up your Google Business Profile, and then continue to work on your online visibility every month. You won’t receive a separate invoice for hosting or maintenance, nor for the SEO work.
What happens every month with an All-in Google SEO Website?
Every month, we track your ranking on Google, monitor what your competitors are doing, expand your content with a new page or additional questions, keep your Google Business Profile up to date, perform technical maintenance, and check whether visitors are actually getting in touch.
These are six regular components that we cover every month—not just when something goes wrong. We also make adjustments as needed: adding new keywords, rewriting titles that aren’t generating enough clicks, or adding a service or municipality as soon as you start offering it.
All that work is included in the annual fee. You won't receive a separate invoice for it, and you don't have to do anything yourself.
What is the difference between the basic package and the premium package?
The difference lies in where your requests come from. With the Basic plan (€2,000 per year), you’ll be found in your own municipality and the surrounding municipalities. With the Premium plan (€3,500 per year), you’ll also receive requests from cities and municipalities further afield within your service area.
With both plans, we work on your online visibility every month—that’s not an option, but the core of the package. The website, hosting, domain name, maintenance, updates, and support are all included in both prices.
Here’s the difference: with Basic, we focus on your immediate area. With Premium, every municipality where you want to work gets its own page, so that someone in a city twenty kilometers away can find you—not the professional who just happens to live there. On top of that, you get optimization for AI responses and an analysis of who’s currently ranked higher than you in that broader area.
If you can get by with jobs in your own neighborhood, then the Basic plan is enough. If you want to be able to choose which jobs you take on—and for that, you’ll need access to jobs from a wider area—then the Premium plan is designed for that. Both plans are exclusive of VAT and require no contract, and you can switch plans at any time.
What is the difference between having a regular website built and a Google SEO website?
With a standard website, you purchase the site and it’s yours afterward: you manage it yourself. With an All-in Google SEO Website, you don’t pay a purchase fee, but rather an annual fee that covers the website, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing work to improve your search engine visibility.
That monthly work is what really makes the difference. We monitor your Google rankings, expand your content with new pages, and keep your Business Profile up to date. A regular website just stays the way it was when it was delivered.
If you want a stylish website that you can manage yourself, check out a website. If you don't want to worry about it and, above all, want to be found by customers who don't know you yet, this package is designed for that purpose.
Why doesn't a regular website often attract customers?
A website alone rarely attracts new customers. Without keyword research, relevant content, local optimization, and ongoing improvements, it’s hardly ever found on Google or AI search engines—and if people can’t find you, they can’t call you.
Being online and being found are two different things. A website that no one visits is like a business card tucked away in a drawer. It only does its job when people who need your service find their way to you at the right time.
No keyword research was conducted. Most websites are written in the owner’s language, not the customer’s. You call it “renovation work,” but your customer types in “cost to knock down a wall.” If those words don’t appear anywhere on your site, there’s little chance you’ll show up in search results.
There's one page for everything. A single page that covers roofing, insulation, gutter work, and renovation all at once doesn’t align well with any of those search queries. Someone looking for a roofer is more likely to end up on a site that focuses solely on roofing.
There is no local optimization. For tradespeople, almost every search is local. Without pages for each municipality and without a properly set up Google Business Profile, there’s little chance you’ll appear on the map—and that’s exactly where many calls come from.
Nothing is ever added. A website that hasn't been updated for years remains the same size even as demand changes. Not because anything is broken, but because others continue to update theirs.
Meanwhile, competition continues to grow. Every month, someone in your region joins the ranks of those who are actively working on their online visibility. So standing still usually means falling behind—even if nothing changes on your site.
A website, then, is not an end in itself but a starting point. What happens next largely determines whether it brings in customers.
Is optimization for AI search engines (GEO) also included?
This is included as standard with the Premium plan. With the Basic plan, the focus is on Google, although much of that work also helps with AI responses, since they largely draw from the same sources.
More and more people are asking ChatGPT or Perplexity which professional to hire instead of searching through a list. An answer like that doesn’t include ten options, but just two or three names. With Premium, we make sure your website, your Business Profile, and your reviews provide those systems with clear information about who you are and where you work.
Who is this package intended for?
For professionals and business owners who want to attract customers through Google but don't have the time to focus on their online visibility themselves.
Does this sound familiar—your work is good, your clients are satisfied, but almost all your new projects come from word of mouth—then this is perfect for you. If you’d rather manage your own website and handle your own SEO, you’re better off with a standard website.
Who is this package not intended for?
For those who prefer to manage their own website, for those who just need an online business card, and for those who already have more work than they can handle.
If you work exclusively on referrals and your schedule is booked solid for months, then this package is something you don’t need right now. If you want a website that looks good but have no interest in attracting new customers through Google, then a website It's cheaper and better suited to what you're looking for. And if you'd rather be the one calling the shots, you're paying here for work you'd rather do yourself.
Feel free to mention that in a conversation. I'd rather not sell this to someone who won't get much out of it, because then they'll quit after a year and it won't benefit anyone.
What's not included in the package?
Google Ads and paid ads, social media management, photography and video production, and an online store. These are individual services or areas we refer clients to.
The package is all about getting found through Google and AI without paying per click. If you’d also like to run ads, you can, but that’s not included in the annual fee, and it’s not a requirement for achieving results. We don’t write social media posts for you, though we do make sure your website and your Google Business Profile align with what you share there.
Do you have a online store If that's necessary, it's a different process. We'll discuss that separately, and you'll receive a fixed price for it in advance.
Can I rank at the top everywhere in Belgium?
No. We work with the municipalities and cities in your service area, not nationwide. Being at the top of the list in Brussels, Bruges, and Genk all at once isn't realistic for a professional, and it wouldn't result in any useful leads for you either.
Local search results depend on your location. A roofer from Aarschot won’t rank at the top in Ostend, no matter how good their website is. What you can do, however, is establish a strong presence in your own municipality and expand from there to the municipalities and cities where you actually want to work.
That's actually the point. Requests from a city 100 kilometers away cost you more than they bring in.
How soon will I see results?
Your website will be live within four weeks and can start generating leads from day one through people who already know your name. Leads from people who don’t know you yet will start coming in as your Google ranking improves: the first ones usually after two to three months, and consistently after six to twelve months.
That difference is important. A website that’s up and running immediately captures the attention of anyone who finds their way to you through your business card, your delivery van, or a referral. You used to get those inquiries too, but they didn’t always end up with you.
The requests you’ll get with this package are from a different group: people looking for a professional who don’t know you yet. To get those, you first need to be found—and that takes time. How much time depends on your profession, your region, and who’s currently at the top of the search results. In a town where no one is working on their online visibility, it happens faster than in a city with ten colleagues who are doing just that.
What you’ll notice right away is that your pages are being indexed by Google. We monitor that, and it usually takes just a few weeks. From then on, you’re in the game: people can find you, and from that point on, we’ll work on improving your ranking.
Do I need a new website to get started with SEO?
Not always for SEO alone—an existing website can often be optimized both technically and in terms of content. But this package is different. We always build the website from scratch, because that’s the only way we can be sure the foundation is solid and guarantee the results.
The reason is practical. An existing site almost always comes with some baggage: old plugins that no one uses anymore, files from a previous developer, a database full of remnants of things that were once on the site. That makes a site slower and more unpredictable, and it’s the first place where problems crop up as soon as we start expanding.
We’ll be continuing to work on that site every month for years to come. So you want to start with a structure that works, rather than something you have to keep working around. Otherwise, we’ll be fixing a foundation every month that we didn’t lay ourselves, and we can’t guarantee that.
If you'd rather keep your existing website and just work on improving its search engine visibility, that's also an option—that is Google SEO as a standalone service. I'll tell you honestly during our first meeting what makes the most sense in your case.
Am I guaranteed to receive more quote requests?
No, and I'd be suspicious of anyone who did guarantee that. What I do guarantee is that we'll work on your online visibility every month and that you'll see the results.
Your ranking on Google is relative to others, and no one monitors what your competitors are doing. What we can control, however, is appearing in more search results, ranking higher in the searches where you’re already competing, and ensuring that visitors to your site actually call or submit an inquiry.
Are there any contracts or hidden fees?
No. You pay a single annual fee, excluding VAT, and you can cancel at any time. There is no notice period, and there are no additional charges.
Hosting, domain name, SSL, maintenance, support, and SEO work are all included in that price. If you want to add something major later on—such as an online store—we’ll discuss it with you in advance and give you a fixed price.
Do I need to provide my own text or photos?
We’ll write the text. It’s best if you provide photos of your own work, because they’re more convincing than any stock photo.
During our conversation, you’ll tell us what you do, for whom, and in which region. We’ll then write up the details and send them to you for approval. If you don’t have any suitable photos, we’ll work with you to figure out what can be done—spending half a day having photos taken of your completed projects usually pays for itself.
How does an SEO-optimized website generate more requests for quotes?
An SEO website works like a chain: better rankings on Google bring in more visitors, targeted pages attract the right visitors, and a clear "Request" button converts those visitors into inquiries.
Each link does something different, and a single weak link breaks the rest.
From Website to SEO. The site is structured around the keywords your customers actually search for, with a separate page for each service and each municipality.
From SEO to higher rankings. Google ranks at the top what it considers most relevant and reliable: content that answers the query, a technically sound site, and signals from your Business Profile and your reviews.
From rankings to visitors. There’s a big difference between first place and eighth place. Most people don’t look much beyond the top results, especially on a cell phone where only a handful are displayed at a time.
From visitors to relevant visitors. This is the step that’s often skipped. A thousand visitors who were looking for something else are worth less than twenty who need exactly your service in your area. That’s why we build targeted pages instead of a single general one.
From relevant visitors to inquiries. Anyone who lands on the right page should be able to submit a request or call in a single step. A short form, a phone number that’s always visible, and photos of your own work as proof.
That’s why we focus on the entire chain, not just one part of it. A site that ranks at the top but doesn’t generate any leads is just as ineffective as a site that nobody can find.
How do we build a website that shows up in Google search results?
A website doesn't get found on its own. That's why we build every website from the ground up using keyword research, a logical page structure, SEO-optimized content, and technical optimization—even before we start on the design.
Keyword research first. We identify which keywords your customers are searching for, how much demand there is for each keyword, and who’s currently ranking for them. That determines which pages need to be created.
A page structure that follows that pattern. One page per service, one page per municipality in your service area, and a home page that brings it all together. Each page has one clear purpose.
Internal links between those pages. This makes it clear which pages are related and which are the most important, and helps visitors stay on your site longer.
SEO content written to persuade. We write them ourselves. The keyword is where it should be—in the title, the subheadings, and the first few sentences—but the text reads as if someone were explaining their field of expertise.
Landing pages by municipality. Anyone looking for a roofer in Aarschot will find your page for Aarschot. Anyone looking for the same thing in Leuven will land on the page for Leuven. It’s not the same text with a different place name, but a page that’s tailored to that region.
Schema markup. We’ll add structured data to your site’s code: who you are, what you do, where you work, your business hours, and the questions you answer. This provides search engines and AI systems with clear, structured information about your business.
Images, Speed, and Mobile. Photos of your own work, optimized so they don’t slow down the site. We monitor speed, mobile user experience, and Core Web Vitals. Everything is tested on a phone—because that’s where your customers are.
Your Google Business Profile. Fully configured and integrated with your site, because for professionals, a large portion of the calls come from the map and not from the regular search results.
FAQs and clear answers. Every important page begins with a brief, direct answer to the question that brought the visitor there. This helps visitors who are quickly skimming the page and makes the information easier for search engines and AI systems to understand and use.
Why do websites drop in Google rankings after a while?
Websites usually drop in rankings because the environment changes but the website doesn't. Competitors expand, content becomes outdated, Google adjusts its algorithm, and a site that stands still will naturally slide down the rankings as a result.
Your competitors aren't standing still. In every region, there are colleagues who do work on their visibility every month. They add pages, collect reviews, and keep their profiles up to date. As a result, your ranking drops even though you didn’t do anything wrong.
Your content becomes outdated. Prices are no longer accurate, new services have been added, and the page answers questions that people are now asking differently. Outdated content is less relevant to what people are searching for today.
No new pages will be added. The number of search queries in which you *could* appear remains the same, while your competitor is increasing that number every quarter.
Google is constantly changing. There are several changes each year to the way results are ranked, plus the rise of AI-generated answers at the top. What was sufficient three years ago is often no longer enough today.
The technical backlog is piling up. Outdated plugins, slower load times, broken links. Each one is a small issue on its own, but together they add up.
That's why a website isn't a one-time purchase, but something that requires maintenance to keep working. Just like the equipment you use yourself.
Why Do Professionals Choose an All-in-One Google SEO Website?
Professionals choose an All-in Google SEO Website because they don’t have time to manage their online visibility themselves. The website, hosting, maintenance, SEO, AI optimization, and support are all included in a single annual fee, with a single point of contact.
No time. Someone who spends the whole day on a construction site isn't going to analyze keywords or write a landing page in the evening. It's not a matter of unwillingness; it's just a matter of how many hours there are in a day.
A single point of contact. No web developer for the site, someone else for hosting, yet another person for SEO, and a fourth party for maintenance. You call me—from the very first conversation all the way through to long after delivery.
One price, no separate invoices. The annual price includes the website, domain name, hosting, SSL, maintenance, technical support, and ongoing Google SEO. Basic: €2,000 per year; Premium: €3,500 per year, excluding VAT. There is no purchase cost for the website itself.
No contract that ties you down. You stay because it works, not because you have to.
Google and AI. More and more people are asking ChatGPT or Perplexity which professional to hire instead of searching through a list. This optimization is included as standard with the Premium package.
Someone who will take over. That's the real difference. It's not that a website is created—anyone can do that—but that every month, someone checks to make sure it's still doing what it's supposed to do.
For those who prefer to purchase the website and manage it themselves, there’s the Professional Website, starting at €2,000, excluding VAT. The difference is the same as between buying or leasing a van: both are valid options, but they cater to different needs.
Why is ongoing SEO important, and is SEO a never-ending process?
SEO is never finished because your ranking on Google is a competition with others, and those others keep working on their sites. As soon as you stop making improvements, they’ll overtake you—even if nothing on your website has changed.
That’s the part that’s most often misunderstood. SEO feels like a task you can just check off your list: the site is optimized, done. But you’re not at the top because you’ve achieved a certain score; you’re at the top because, at that moment, you’re rated higher than the rest.
Every month, there's new demand that you're not yet meeting. New keywords, new ways of phrasing things, seasons that bring up different questions. Every new page is another door.
If something works, you can expand it. A page that's currently ranked fifth often doesn't need much to move up into the top three. You won't know that until you measure it.
If something isn't working, you can make adjustments. A page that gets a lot of visitors but no inquiries doesn't need SEO—it needs a better button or a shorter form.
Reviews and your Business Profile are taken into account and those are, by definition, ongoing projects.
AI search engines are changing faster than Google. The way answers are structured changes from month to month. Content tailored to that must therefore adapt accordingly.
That's why the monthly service is included in the price rather than offered as an optional add-on. Without that part, it's just a website.
How do AI search engines understand your website, and why does that matter right now?
AI search engines provide a single result containing a few names instead of a list of links. If you’re not mentioned there, you don’t exist for that customer—even if you’re right where you should be in the regular results.
This is the biggest shift since Google itself. More and more people are typing their questions into ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini, and Google itself now places an AI-generated answer right at the top. That answer doesn’t include ten options, but just two or three names.
How such a system reads your site. It gathers information from multiple sources at once: your own website, your Google Business Profile, mentions elsewhere, and the reviews written about you. It then compiles all of this into a single answer.
Why Clear Answers Help. A page that begins with a short, direct answer to the question that brought the visitor there is easier to understand and summarize than a page where the answer is buried in the fourth paragraph. This is called “answer-first,” and it helps both readers who are skimming and the system that summarizes the content.
Why FAQs Matter. Questions and answers are structured the same way people ask questions of an AI, and are easy to use as a whole.
Why Structured Data Is Important. Schema markup formats your data in a way that requires no interpretation. This allows you to provide search engines and AI systems with clear, structured information about your company, your services, and your area of operation.
Why Expertise Needs to Be Visible. A concrete explanation of how you work, real projects, and real reviews carry more weight than general promises.
Why topical authority matters. A website that covers a single topic in depth with multiple related pages is more likely to be used as a source than a website that touches on a little bit of everything.
GEO is a supplement, not a replacement. Optimizing for AI-generated answers is in addition to traditional SEO; it does not replace it. The technical foundation, the content, and your Business Profile serve as the foundation for both.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will mention my company?
No. No agency can guarantee that ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, or any other AI system will recommend your business. What we do, however, is structure your website and business information as clearly, relevantly, and technically soundly as possible so that AI systems can better understand your business.
Those systems decide for themselves who to mention, based on the information they find and how reliable it appears to be. No one can manipulate them—not even us.
What is within your control: making sure the information about your business is accurate, complete, and consistent across multiple platforms. Your website, your Google Business Profile, and your reviews should all support one another. Those who have this in order have a better chance than those who don’t—no one can honestly promise you more than that.
SHORT QUESTIONS
Quick Questions About SEO, Google, and AI
Do you have questions about exactly what's included, how the package works, or who might be interested in it? Below, we answer some frequently asked questions.
Does SEO still work?
Yes. For most people, Google remains the starting point when they're looking for a professional, and AI-generated answers are largely based on the same signals.
How long does it take for SEO to show results?
You usually start to see the first signs of progress after two to three months, and real results after six to twelve months. Anyone who promises faster results is selling something else.
Can AI Replace SEO?
No, it's just an addition. AI systems draw their information largely from the same sources as Google, so the foundation remains the same.
Isn't Google Ads better?
Ads deliver results faster but stop as soon as you stop paying. SEO builds results over time. The two aren't mutually exclusive.
Does a website without SEO still make sense?
It works as a calling card for people who already know your name. But it’s unlikely to attract new customers.
How many pages do I need?
One per shift and one per municipality where you work. For most tradespeople, that starts at around eight to twelve pages and grows every month.
