Via GratisWerfdoek.be You'll receive a professional construction site banner featuring your logo and contact information—completely free of charge. While you work, your banner promotes your business.

The Challenge

Tradespeople are excellent at what they do but are often invisible online. They don’t have a job-site banner, a website, or both—and as a result, they miss out on potential customers every day who literally drive right past their job sites.

The challenge was twofold: how do you reach professionals who aren’t yet actively looking for a web agency, and how do you build a scalable system around that which manages itself largely automatically?

The Solution

We built GratisWerfdoek.be — a standalone platform where tradespeople throughout Flanders can order a custom-made professional construction site banner. Includes graphic design, full-color printing, and home delivery. Free of charge.

The platform was built with a fully automated ordering and tracking workflow: from request to digital proof for approval, from production to delivery—with the right email sent to the customer at every step. Upsells such as additional rings, express delivery, and a listing as a recommended professional were integrated into the ordering process.

Each tarp features a discreet WEBSTIJL sponsor strip—visible at every construction site, every day, without any extra effort.

GratisWerfdoek.be It went live in July 2026 and generated its first 10 orders within the first 24 hours—from tradespeople who discovered the platform through social media and word of mouth.

The platform functions as a self-sustaining lead generation system: the Construction site banners help build brand awareness from WEBSTIJL at construction sites throughout Flanders, while automated follow-up emails direct warm leads to our web design and Google SEO services.
